Bionic Wrench Infomercial As Seen on TV

The Bionic Wrench® is a remarkable patented hybrid of an adjustable wrench with the ease of use of a pair of pliers. In addition, the genius of attacking a bolt/nut on all 6 flat sides removes the stress and strain on the corners of the bolt. This coupled with the superior gripping action of the jaws, allows the user to complete their work without the wrench slipping off and damaging the bolt. The design of the Bionic Wrench® multiplies your hand’s gripping force, so you can more easily tighten/loosen bolts. You can develop ratchet-like speed by fully turning the Bionic Wrench®, release the grip while still on the bolt, reposition wrench, tighten grip-repeat until finished.

Why use a Pneutorque® Pneumatic Torque Multiplier? Hand operated torque multipliers are ideal for low volume or intermittent use or when there is no power source available. However, for production lines or whenever a large number of bolts are involved, a powered multiplier will save a considerable amount of time. Pneutorque® operating is quiet. Less than 85dB(A) with absolutely no impacting. These two factors make Pneutorque® comfortable for the operator to use, reducing fatigue and consequently increasing safety.

The shop manual shows the use of a special "pulley wrench" like the one in the photo below (see link below) in which the bolts on the outside of the pulley are tightened onto the arms of the wrench and then this wrench is used in conjunction with a breaker bar to remove the inner bolt.

http://www.arizonatools.com/img/products/K/KDT3471.JPG

Anyway, nobody near me seems to carry this pulley wrench. If we try to remove the bolt without it, the camshaft just turns along with the breaker bar. We need a way to hold the pulley (from the top, not the outside) that will keep it from turning while we use the breaker bar to remove the large bolt in the center holding it on.

Any (reasonable) ideas other than taking it to a repair shop? We want to do this ourselves.

It is a 4×4. I had the wheels off and couldn’t find a wrench or an allan wrench to fit any of the hardware. Is it metric, or just "off sized"
I think that the bolts may be 23/32 but I am not sure, none of my allan wrenches fit either. Does anyone know what size? May be metric. If you can help me with this, I can go buy the tools and save 0 in labor.
